2014 Grant Applications
Applications for 2013 funding are now closed. Applications for 2014 funding will be open in June, 2013. For informational purposes only, you may review the 2013 Application Guidelines and Instructions here. If you wish to receive notification when the application opens this year, please send an e mail to info@radworkshere.org or call 412-227-1900. In addition to submitting information directly to RAD, applicants must have current data entered into the Pennsylvania Cultural Data Project and authorize RAD to access that funder report. You are able to submit updated information free of charge to the Pennsylvania Cultural Data Project system year round.

Connections Grant
Applications may be submitted at any time with review deadlines of March 15, June 15, and October 15. A fuller description of the program is available in the Who We Fund section. Download the Connections Grant application (in PDF).
Capital Grant Contract Schedule A
This form is used only after a capital grant is awarded. It is not part of the application. You will be directed to fill out a Schedule A as part of the contract process. A copy of the form is available for download here in (pdf) or here in Word .
Close Out Reports
Grant close out reports are now assigned and filed on line through the RAD application/close out system. You will be notified when a close out report is due and provided instructions on how to file the report on line. Here is a link to the RAD application/close out system.
