Join us at the Frick Environmental Center for the opening night of an eclectic body of work inspired by the timeless Maxo Vanka murals.
Drawing inspiration from Maxo Vanka’s themes of justice, injustice, immigrant experience and/or motherhood, a group of artists were sought to interpret and reimagine these themes through their own lived experience and create artworks ready to exhibit, perform, and share with audiences of all ages.
