Join us at the August Wilson African American Cultural Center for a festive celebration filled with joy, culture, and community spirit!

PYSO presents a winter concert full of energy and dramatic flair. The program features Mozart’s Symphony No. 31 in D major, “Paris”, Beethoven’s powerful Leonore Overture No. 3, and Strauss’s spirited and thrilling Don Juan. The program will also feature the winner of our 2025-26 Concerto Competition.

PYSO’s 25-26 season concludes with a program featuring Beethoven’s Overture to The Creatures of Prometheus, Bernstein’s “Three Dance Episodes” from On the Town, Rachmaninoff’s Isle of the Dead, Op. 29, and Respighi’s Pines of Rome.
