RAD's Contractual Asset Renewal Ad Hoc Committee has recommended extending the current contractual asset category for another five years and renew the current nine contractual assets’ agreements for that period. All reporting, compliance and funding guarantee provisions in the current agreements would remain in place.

This affects contracts with the following regional assets: Allegheny County Library Association, Allegheny County Regional Parks, Carnegie Institute (Carnegie Museums of Pittsburgh), Carnegie Library of Pittsburgh, eiNetwork, City of McKeesport (Renziehausen Park), National Aviary in Pittsburgh, Phipps Conservatory and Pittsburgh Zoo & Aquarium.
