Free Concert: 1:45pm WTAE’s Chandi Chapman narrates Belle Voci’s choral performance of composer Andrea Ramsey’s intense yet hopeful ‘Suffrage Cantata,' a recounting of the historic suffrage movement from its beginning in the 1830s through the 1920 ratification of the 19th amendment. Masks will be optional.
